我厂采用航空工业锻造工艺及技术标准，生产汽车、工业缝纫机等各种材质（钢、铜、铝及其合金）的精锻件；生产设备有压力机、风扇电炉、中频感应炉、硝石槽、成套精密机械加工设备及检测设备等。钢锻件采用中频感应炉无氧化加热；铝锻件采用液体加热淬火，电炉时效；模具采用线切割、电火花加工。零件表面美观，尺寸精度高。 我厂先后与哈飞汽车制造有限公司、日本天马、飞马、兄弟、杭州三和等工业缝纫机有限公司建立了长期稳定的客户关系。
